Town Square, Fairmount Georgia

Fairmount Georgia appeared to have some promise. Going into town, there was a pretty nice antique store on the edge of the square.

The town square itself looked like it was in the middle of an overhaul. There was construction going on all around. It looked like it had some potential for a lively down town with some nice shops and room for some small events.

It wasn't worth getting out of the car to stroll around yet, but in a few months or years, it could be a nice place. There was an interesting drug store open on the corner.

I didn't see any municiple buildings, and a few restaraunts could make this a nicer place.

There was a new gazeebo going in in the middle of the square, too.
